As someone who lives right by the mountains I can often be found saying “that never gets old” on a clear day when they look like they are almost in the city.

This is probably my favorite thing of yours that I have ever read. Absolutely BEAUTIFUL. And I can relate on so many levels – the perspective shift the mountains give you, boy stuff and letting them in, finding peace out west… ahh, this is so, so beautiful and just about has me crying into my latte. :)
