		<description>Awesome that you are doing this Getting Healthy challenge. I am planning to start my own overhaul Jan. 1st. (we all know how that goes, lol). 

I was wondering if you use your iphone to help you track weight loss or count calories or help you stay on top of things. I am getting an ipod touch for xmas and was wondering if you had any tips. Maybe a post on your blog about how your iphone keeps you organized or any apps you recommend that are must haves?
